Share Your Story: ADA & COVID-19

The COVID-19 worldwide pandemic has been difficult for all of us. We have had to learn new ways to work, and to connect. Maybe you are out of work and are worried about food, housing, or money. Perhaps you are facing loneliness or even loss.

How has COVID-19 changed your life?  We want to hear your story -- individuals with disabilities and older adults, families, caregivers, and direct services staff.  What are your challenges and fears? Have you faced discrimination at work or in getting services and benefits?

We also welcome stories of hope. What are you most thankful for in these unusual times? What steps have you taken to keep yourself and others safe?

Share your story in your own way.  Write an essay, create a poem, draw a picture or send us a photo, audio or video. Your story can connect and document the impact to individuals with disabilities during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
